NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has received the petition for declaratory statement from Robert M Ardis on October 17, 2014. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Sections 561.01, 561.57, 561.702 and 561.705, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petitioner is planning on owning and operating an Alcohol delivery business and wants to ensure that his proposed business plans will meet the requirements set forth in Florida Statutes 561.01, 561.57, 561.702 and 561.705.
