    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco has received a petition for declaratory statement from Silver Springs Moose Lodge; DS 2015-140. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Sections 546.10(3)(a), 561.29, 849.08 and 849.16, F.S., as they apply to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner would like to be able to offer computerized game machines for use by their customers and wants to ensure that the proposed machines would not violate the requirements set forth in Florida Statutes 546.10(3)(a), 561.29, 849.08 and 849.16.
