NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 50 No. 180, September 13, 2024 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes are in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated September 19, 2024. The changes are as follows:
Incorporated by reference Form DBPR MVL 003, Initial Military/Veteran Application for Professional Licensure, the Department includes changes on page 3, Instructions- No. 2f, and page 9, Section VI. The instructions and application have been updated to add “Asbestos” back into the Insurance and Bonding Requirements.
Incorporated by reference Form DBPR SCRA 1, Application for Professional Licensure under the Servicemember Civil Relief Act, the Department includes changes on page 2, Instructions- No. 2e, and page 7, Section V. The instructions and application have been updated to add “Asbestos” back into the Insurance and Bonding Requirements.
