NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Feasterco Construction, Inc. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Chapter 5, Florida Building Code, 5th edition (2014), Building as it applies to the petitioner.
Petitioner seeks clarification as to if an NFPA 13R system in a transient lodging facility with interior corridors in compliance with the above-referenced chapter is also protected under 903.3.1.2 NFPA 13R.
