    Notice is hereby given that on December 10, 2014, the Division of Licensing received a Petition for Declaratory Statement from Ronald Beermunder. The petition seeks a declaration regarding Section 493.6120(7), Florida Statutes. The petitioner asks whether the Division is still of the opinion “that there was sufficient probable cause to ask the state to arrest [him] for allegedly violating Statute 493.6120(7) knowingly issuing fraudulent certificates.” Per Rule 28-105.0027, Florida Administrative Code, except for good cause shown, petitions to intervene must be filed within 21 days of publication of this notice.
