MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, January 4, 2010, Room CSC 1123, Campus Support Complex, Modesto A. Maidique Campus, 11200 S. W. 8th Street, Miami, FL 33199. The purpose of this conference is to hear any and all questions arising from this bid request. Answers to any questions that might arise will be in the form of an addendum. Bidders are required to attend in order to be eligible to submit a bid. A walk thru of the site will be conducted after the pre-bid meeting.

SCOPE OF WORK: The project consists of the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment required for the remodeling of existing lockers and restrooms. Work includes; new floor plan layout, new finishes, lockers, cabinetry, lighting, power HVAC distribution and relocation/addition of sprinkler heads.
