64B2-13.0045: Continuing Education Course Required for Initial Licensure, Renewal, or Reactivation

NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 32, No. 33, August 18, 2006 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.

When changed subsection (1) of the rule shall read as follows:

“No license shall be granted and no license shall be initially renewed or reactivated unless the applicant or licensee submits confirmation to the Board, on a form approved by the Board, that he or she has successfully completed a Board-approved course on Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (HIV/AIDS).”
