NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 41 No. 216, November 5, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes are in response to concerns stated in a letter from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee dated November 18, 2015. The changes are as follows:
61G15-35.003 Qualification Program for Special Inspectors of Threshold Buildings
FBPE/TBI/006, “Application for Special Inspector Certification”, page 3 of the application, the fee is reduced from $255 to $230.
