    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of this rule development is to delete language related to the textbook affordability workgroup. The workgroup fulfilled its requirements in December 2009’s Textbook Affordability Workgroup Final Report located at http://www.fldoe.org/cc/pdf/fcstawfr.pdf. Additionally, this rule development will draft a requirement that Florida College System institutions adopt a textbook affordability policy in accordance with requirements outlined in Section 1004.085, Florida Statutes.
