NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 38, No. 40, October 1, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

These changes are in response to written comments received from the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee dated October 9, 2012.   The changes are as follows:

The hyperlink to the District’s website in paragraph (1) of Rule 40D-2.091, F.A.C. has been removed.  The reference will remain as the documents referenced in the paragraph may be obtained there.  The hyperlink to the map of areas in which reclaimed water is available or proposed to become available within a five-year period in Section 3.1 of the Water Use Permit Basis of Review has been removed.  The reference will remain as the map may be viewed there.
