NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 23, 2019, the Board of Accountancy, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Bryan Anthony Zink, CPA, seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 61H1-31.006, F.A.C., which requires that the application fee for reactivation of a delinquent status license to active is $250.00. Petitioner is also seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 61H1-31.004, F.A.C., which requires that a delinquent status licensee shall pay a delinquency fee of $25.00 when the licensee applies for active or inactive status.
