The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety hereby gives notice:
On February 8, 2019, the Department received a request withdrawing the Petition for variance from Medical Center of Trinity, filed January 7, 2019, and advertised on January 15, 2019 in Vol. 45, No.10 of the Florida Administrative Register. The Petition for variance requested a variance from ASME A17.1, Sections 2.4.1.5 and 2.15.9.2, as adopted by Chapter 30, Section 3001.2 Florida Building Code adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code that requires an elevator sump pump. The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety is taking no further action on the petition (VW2019-004).
