NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Department of Children and Families has received the petition for declaratory statement from Center for Discovery. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of 65E-9.008(4)(a), as it applies to the petitioner.

Discovery Practice Management, Inc. d/b/a Center for Discovery is requesting a Declaratory Statement that states children and adolescents with a primary diagnosis of an eating disorder such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge-eating disorder, or other unspecified feeding or eating disorders may be treated by Discovery Practice Management in a Residential Treatment Center.
