NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 17, 2016, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for Waiver from Southern Villas, LLC requesting a Waiver of paragraph 67-48.0072(13)(b) F.A.C, allowing it to escrow replacement reserves in an amount exceeding 50% of the total amount of reserves required for a two year period.
