Construction Industry Licensing Board
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has issued an order on February 11, 2020, declining to answer the petition for declaratory statement filed by Dylan Ciceroni. The Petitioner sought a determination from the Board regarding the State of Florida licensing requirements for trenching and installing sleeves. The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Vol. 45, No. 218, on November 7, 2019, in the Florida Administrative Register. The Board, at its meeting held on January 10, 2020, declined to answer the Petition for Declaratory Statement, finding that the Petitioner has not established standing.
