The Project Board of the Polk Regional Water Cooperative announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Project Board will hold a special meeting for the purpose of discussion and consideration of acquisition by negotiation, contract or legal proceedings, including eminent domain proceedings, of a temporary drainage easement in certain lands located in Polk County, Florida, in support of the West Polk County Lower Floridian Aquifer Wellfield Project (the “Project”), and discussion and consideration of others actions concerning the implementation of the Project. The meeting is open to the public.
