LEGAL ANNOUNCEMENT OF UNSOLICITED PROPOSAL MIAMI-DADE COUNTY RAPID MASS TRANSIT SOLUTION FOR THE BEACH CORRIDOR TRUNK LINE
Miami-Dade County has received an unsolicited proposal for a Non-Qualifying Project pursuant to Section 2-8.2.6 of the Miami-Dade County Code and Section 255.065 of the Florida Statutes to deliver a Rapid Mass Transit Solution for the Beach Corridor Trunk Line and will accept proposals for the same project through Request for Proposals No. 01353. Interested parties must access all solicitation documents and submit a proposal no later than March 17, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. (local time) through BidSync, which is the County’s electronic bidding system. This solicitation is subject to the “Cone of Silence” in accordance with Section 2-11.1(t) of the Miami-Dade County Code.
