Negotiations for Request for Qualifications 34580 - Design-Build Services for the
Apopka Service Center Construction Project
Submittals were received on January 17, 2020. The District held an evaluation committee meeting on January 23, 2020, at District headquarters, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, FL 32177.
The approval of the solicitation rankings and authorization to begin contract negotiations with the top-ranked firms in ranked order will be presented at the March 10, 2020 Governing Board meeting. Once approved, contract negotiations will begin at 10:00 a.m. on March 13, 2020, at the District headquarters.
If any person decides to appeal a decision made by the District with respect to any matter considered at these meetings, he or she will need a record of the meeting and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made that includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal would be based.
