NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Charlie Deathridge on February 8, 2016. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of 489.105, FS., as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement as to whether 489.105, FS., applies to Petitioner’s activities which include installing ground anchors, utility poles, and backfilling. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
