    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Real Estate Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from by Scott H. Jackman, Esq., filed on January 15, 2016. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 475.251(r), Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    The petition seeks the Commission’s opinion on whether an automatic renewal provision in a real estate listing agreement would violate Section 475.251(r), Florida Statutes. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
