The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Section R402, Florida Building Code, Energy Conservation (2010), as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether air exchanges by a blower door testing of all homes is required and whom qualifies as a third-party tester under Section R402.4.1.2.
