The Board of Massage Therapy hereby gives notice of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on January 21, 2014, by Kenneth Lee Leitenberger. The Notice of Petition for Variance or Waiver was published in Vol. 40, No. 22, of the February 3, 2014 Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner sought a waiver or variance of subparagraph 64B7-32.003(1)(c)1., F.A.C., requiring the applicant to furnish transcripts. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on February 27, 2014, in Tallahassee, Florida.
The Board’s Order, filed on March 6, 2014, granted the petition.
