The Board of Opticianry hereby gives notice that it has received a petition for Declaratory Statement, filed on February 3, 2009, by Anthony D. Record, a Florida licensed optician. The Petitioner seeks the Board’s guidance regarding an issue relating to Rule 64B12-10.006, F.A.C. Specifically, this includes a request as to disciplinary actions taken when records are not readily available to clients when an optician is deceased.
