Miami Dade College is releasing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the purchase and installation of arm gates for Miami Dade Kendall Campus. The College is in the process of standardization of parking lot arm gates beginning with the Kendall Campus. The successful bidder may be used for additional installations in other locations and Campuses trough the College. Successful bidder will provide equipment, tools and labor to complete the removal and installation of arm gates.
Specs:
The brand and model selected for arms gates for parking lots is: Lift Mater MAT DDC BB3
10’ Gate Arms (straight) with LED kit
Include arms, LED wiring harness installation kit and LED controllers and loop detectors 14 each
Include one year parts and labor warranty
