NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 28, 2014, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 65C-13.025(5)(i), Florida Administrative Code, from Choices Network Systems, Inc. and Cora Donalson. Paragraph 65C-13.025(5)(i), F.A.C., document observations of family members’ personalities and their interpersonal relationships. In addition it describes and documents the applicant’s current financial capacity and how the impact of the additional financial responsibilities of fostering will be addressed.
