The Florida Building Commission, “THE COMMISSION”, ELECTRICAL Technical Advisory Committee concurrently with the SWIMMING POOL Technical Advisory Committee, announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: [Amended]: The purpose of this meeting is to accept public input and to provide recommendations on the proposed code changes for the update to the 6th Edition (2017) Florida Building Code and local technical amendments, as applicable; to discuss and make recommendations to the Commission as to whether further discussions are necessary to finalize the study regarding minimizing electrocutions linked to swimming pools as directed by HB 535; and other business on behalf of the Commission as stated on the agenda.
