The Department of the Lottery announces the following public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: Wednesday, April 6, 2016, 9:30 a.m., Eastern Time and continuing from day to day thereafter as may be required

PLACE: Florida Lottery Headquarters, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32301

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Meeting of the Evaluation Team to discuss, evaluate, and score Phase II: Creative Work Assignments, Oral Presentations & Interviews submitted in response to Invitation to Negotiate (ITN), Project Number 001-14/15: General Market Advertising Services & Related Commodities and Services; and other matters relevant to the above-referenced ITN. At this meeting, the Evaluation Team may determine to continue the meeting at a future date and time should it deem necessary to do so.
