NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Benjamin Maxwell on behalf of Professional Generator Services, LLC, filed on March 19, 2018.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Sections 489.505(9) and (12), F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.
Petitioner is seeking clarification as to whether performing repairs on generator systems requires licensure as an electrical contractor. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
