In accordance with subsection 120.74(5), F.S., the Commission extends the April 1 deadline to publish a Notice of Proposed Rule for Rule 61G20-1.001, Fla. Admin. Code. A Notice of Rule Development in Vol. 44/101 of the Florida Administrative Register on May 23, 2018. The Commission and its Technical Advisory Committees have held numerous rule workshops to develop the 7th Edition of the Florida Building Code, and are in the final stages of soliciting and considering public comments and incorporating them into the draft of the Code.
