Notice of Extension Pursuant to Subsection 120.74(5), Florida Statutes

61G20-2.002Statewide Amendments to the Florida Building Code

In accordance with subsection 120.74(5), F.S., the Commission extends the April 1 deadline to publish a Notice of Proposed Rule for rule 61G20-2.002, Fla. Admin. Code. A Notice of Rule Development was published in Vol. 45/187 of the Florida Administrative Register on September 25, 2019. The Commission held rule workshops on October 15, 2019, December 10, 2019, and February 11, 2020, and will hold another on April 7, 2020, in order to solicit and consider public comment.
