NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 46 No. 58, March 24, 2020 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The changes are based upon written comments received by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.

64B17-8.003 Requirements for Human Trafficking Education.

(1) Each licensee, licensed by January 1, 2021,  must complete at least one clock hour of Human Trafficking education through an approved course no later than January 1, 2021.

(2) To receive approval, courses on human trafficking shall be at least one hour and include all of the following subject areas:

(a) through (c) No change.

(d) how to report cases of human trafficking,

(e) through (f) No change.

(3) through (4) No change.
