NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 46 No. 58, March 24, 2020 issue of the Florida Administrative Register. This notice is to correct the notice published on March 24, 2020, Vol. 46/No. 58, Florida Administrative Register. The original notice indicated the rule hearing for Rules 59A-8.002 and 59A-8.003 scheduled for March 26, 2020 is cancelled. The correction is the rule hearing will not be cancelled, the hearing is RESCHEDULED for August 14, 2020 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. The hearing will be at the Agency for Health Care Administration 2727 Mahan Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32308, building 2, Room C-41.
