    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Real Estate Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Aaron F. Miller, filed on March 17, 2015. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of subsection 61J2-3.008(8), F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner regarding whether the exemption provided for in subsection 61J2-3.008(8), F.A.C., applies to both Sales Associate and Broker applications. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
