NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February 21, 2024, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for variance from subsection 65C-15.010(3), Florida Administrative Code, from 26Health Inc. Subsection 65C-15.010(3) requires a child-placing agency to have its financial records audited annually. A report of this audit shall be available to the Department at the licensed locating during normal business hours.
