- Hearing Meeting: District offices are currently closed to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The workshops will now be held by webinar on two separate dates to maximize the opportunity for public participation. The same information will be presented by the Districts during each webinar, so parties are able to register for the date that works best for them.

- Hearing Meeting: Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus-19, the hearing will be held using communications media technology (“CMT”). The general public may access the hearing using the following available CMT options so as to participate, view and listen to the April 6, 2020, City Council meeting:
