RULE NO: RULE TITLE
1S-2.0011: Constitutional Amendment Ballot Position
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To implement the decision of the Florida Supreme Court which declared the revocation initiative petition process unconstitutional. The amended rule will permit sponsors of initiative petitions to obtain ballot position prior to February 1 of the general election year. The amended rule also clarifies the process for assigning ballot position numbers for other forms of proposed amendments or revisions to the constitution.
