Notice is hereby given that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed on behalf of Frederick S. Hagen, on April 4, 2014. The Petitioner seeks a statement from the Board as to whether the mandatory annual inspections of Backflow Prevention Devices required by the City of Tallahassee Cross Connection Control must be performed by a licensed plumbing contractor. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
