NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF PETITION FOR DECLARATORY STATEMENT
The Construction Industry Licensing Board hereby gives notice that the petition filed by P&H Construction on March 7, 2014, seeking a statement from the Board as to the definition of "structures" mentioned on the Certified General Contractor License application, has been withdrawn. The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Vol. 40, No. 55, of the March 20, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
