NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 42 No. 19, January 29, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
Form DEO/SDP – Sports Development Program Application is amended to read:
Page 4, Section C.I.c.:
A letter from the independent Certified Public Accountant, on the Certified Public Accountant’s business letterhead, certifying that the state sales tax documentation information required above is correct.
Page 5, Section C.II.:
Pursuant to s. 288.11625(6)(e), F.S., DEO is required to consult with the Office of Economic and Demographic Research (EDR) to develop a standard calculation for estimating the average annual new incremental state sales taxes generated by sales at the facility. As such, please submit the following information:
