The Board of Medicine hereby gives notice:

That on April 22, 2016, an Order was filed on the Petition for Waiver or Variance. The Petition for Waiver or Variance was filed by Kerri Beth Ann Bennett, M.D., on March 23, 2016, seeking a waiver from Rule 64B8- 13.001, F.A.C., with regard to requirements for licensure renewal. The Notice was published in Volume 42, No. 58, of the Florida Administrative Register, on March 24, 2016. The Board, at its meeting held on April 8, 2016, voted to grant the Petition for Waiver or Variance finding that the Petitioner demonstrated a substantial hardship; that application of the rule would violate the principles of fairness; and that the purpose of the underlying statute has been met.
