NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Division of Drugs, Devices and Cosmetics has received the petition for declaratory statement from MRX Holdings, LLC (dba MatchRX), 210 E. Third St., Suite 100, Royal Oaks, MI 48067.The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 499.01, F.S. as it applies to the petitioner.

The Petition seeks a formal opinion from the Department as to whether or not MRX Holdings, LLC (dba MatchRX), interstate dispenser-to-dispenser transactions facilitated through the MatchRX platform are exempt from the permitted and recordkeeping requirements as laid out in Chapter 499, F.S., and if they are required to obtain any permit listed in Chapter 499, F.S.
