NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the Miscellaneous Notice published in Vol. 42, No. 82, April 27, 2016, issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The corrections for the Long-term Care (LTC) Waiver Renewal Request notice are as follows:
The 30 day comment period will begin on Thursday, April 28, 2016 and end on Friday, May 27, 2016.
The Web site for viewing the Waiver Renewal Request document has been changed to http://ahca.myflorida.com/medicaid/Policy_and_Quality/Policy/federal_authorities/federal_waivers/ltc_fed_auth_amend_waiver_2016-05.shtml.
