Notice of Receipt of Applications for Permit Coverage under the State’s Generic Permit for MS4’s
The Department announces receipt of the applications listed below for permit coverage under the Generic Permit for Stormwater Discharge from Phase II Municipal Separate Storm Sewer Systems for the City of Mount Dora, City of Minneola and City of Umatilla. The application is being processed and is available for public inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at the Department of Environmental Protection in Tallahassee, Florida. Any comments related to noticed application, or objections to use the Generic Permit by any of the noticed applicants must be received by the Department within 14 days from the date of this notice.
