NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 20, 2020, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, received a petition for a waiver from subparagraph 68A-6.010(3)(b)2., Florida Administrative Code, that sets out the land area requirement for facilities housing Class II wildlife. The petition was submitted by Gena Walck of Heaven Help Us Animal Refuge. Comments regarding the petition will be accepted for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
