The State of Florida, Department of Military Affairs (DMA), Construction & Facility Management Office (CFMO) requests bids from State of Florida registered licensed General and/or Building Contractors (GC) for the following project located at 11701 WE 55th St. Miramar, FL 33015 (Broward County).

MANDATORY PRE-BID/SITE VISIT DATE: As stated on the Vendor Bid System
Miramar Readiness Center: All materials, labor, equipment and services, including all civil, landscaping, structural, architectural, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection, electrical and other miscellaneous work necessary to fully construct the Readiness Center Facility as described in the Bid Documents and in the Construction Documents. The Readiness Center is located on a 30 acre site within the city of Miramar in Southwest Broward County and is composed of a 101,745 SF Readiness Center Building, a 2,740 SF Vehicle Maintenance Building, a 456 Privately Owned Vehicles (POV) parking area, a 199,637 SF Military Owned Vehicles (MOV) parking area, storm water retention areas, and other site improvements.
The Department reserves the right to reject any and all submissions or accept minor irregularities in the best interest of the DMA.
