NOTICE
The Citrus County Hospital Board invites interested parties to submit a Proposal for the purchase or lease for all or some listed properties of the Citrus County Hospital Board and other listed assets. The RFP shall be submitted to the Citrus County Hospital Board on or before May 16, 2013 at 2pm, pursuant to the RFP.
Scope of Work for RFP
The Citrus County Hospital Board seeks a prospective bidder to address the following requirements, pursuant to FS 155.40(6) and (7):
1. The Citrus County Hospital Board now upon the completion of the evaluation of the benefit of the sale or lease of Citrus Memorial Hospital has now determined that it is no longer in the best interest of the affected community (all of Citrus County) to own or operate a hospital or healthcare system and elects to consider a sale or lease of the hospital or healthcare system to a third party.
2. Any sale or lease must be at a minimum for fair market value. The lease must be in the best interest of the affected community (all of Citrus County). A sale or lease must comply with all applicable state and federal antitrust laws.
