NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
FLORIDA FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT
City of Palm Coast
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the City of Palm Coast’s project involving the construction of a new force main, master pump station, wastewater treatment facility and reuse facilities is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The total estimated construction cost is $30,000,000. The project may qualify for a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan comprised of federal or state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
