NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the Petition for Declaratory Statement from Richard C. Hitz, Jr., on April 13, 2017. The petition seeks a declaratory statement from the Board, as a State Licensed Mechanical Contractor, whether he is permitted to install medical gas piping (Oxygen, Vacuum, Medical Air, Nitrogen and Nitrous Oxide) in a health care facility. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
