The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On May 10, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting waiver of paragraphs 67-48.0072(4)(c) and 67-48.0072(21)(b) F.A.C. (2017) for Woodland Grove Apartments, Ltd., granting an extension for the SAIL/ELI/NHTF firm commitment deadline from to August 9, 2019 to December 31, 2019. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on April 16, 2019 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on April 18, 2019 in Vol. 45, Number 76, F.A.R.
