NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 18, 2020, the Board of Optometry, received a petition for waiver or variance filed by Frank Wenzel, O.D., FAAO. Petitioner is seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 64B13-5.001, F.A.C., and asks the Board to accept the eighteen (18) hours of general optometry continuing professional education for the biennium ending February 2021.
